To answer @Chaz Reid  and @Jesse MacNeill , I came to Korea in 2008 just to teach English for a year, but loved it and decided to stay a couple more.  

Our daughter is an avid English "hunter" style rider (horse shows), so it might be neat if horse ranch was nearby. 

Mike if you are okay with moving into very transitional neighborhoods I would suggest English Ave, Vine City, and Grove park.

I've also read how terrible College Park, Forest Park, and Hapeville are, however at a glance look much more inviting than other areas (north of I20) such as English Ave, Bankhead, Grove Park, Vine City, and Just Us.

I reached out to the roofer for explanation and he speaks very little English but says he never told the buyer any such thing.

They also do not speak English, which we're using Google Translate to converse.

Building in English is hard enough, I don't speak fluent Spanish yet but I'm learning.
