The whole process of buying the furniture, timing the furniture delivery, assembly, staging, etc. can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the size of the property. 

If that doesn't work, deliver it by hand or tape to their door as evidence of delivery. 

To scale is to create a path of delivery in which those efforts can be made easily duplicated and/or automated.

Cut the neighbors lawns and shovel snow for cash.Join the National Guard and save the income.Be an Uber driver.Be a COVID food shopper at the local grocery store for home delivery or pickup.Get a temp job.Be a Bartender as a second job.just my 2 cents.

Along with this, I work a part time delivery job that works pretty well for me, and its flexibility means I can put in whatever hours I need to my new project without going broke.

You have to micro manage their delivery and install process. 

I used that strategy to go from delivery pizzas to a $2M+ portfolio in <2yrs when I got started.

Kroger which is also headquartered in Cincinnati will have to restructure as well with more online and delivery. 

Instead of delivery, they hand out at the office.
