@Brad Tracy The most recent estimate I got to renovate an existing space to a studio apartment was $120K.

BP, I bought a "triplex" 2 years ago in Tempe, AZ, which has 2 main units and 1 studio in the back.

That is extremley below market here in Columbus unless they're studio apts or very distressed properties. 

Hi @Marc Shin - A new Universal Studios is being built in Frisco TX (a suburb of Dallas) that I find interesting.

When I signed up for BP Pro, I was under the assumption that it included the access to the audio books.

I am thinking of installing one in a studio apartment.

I personally stick to smaller studios and 1bds in my local market but great to hear other success strategies for other markets.

The higher you go, the more likely that they can afford a studio or 2 bed and dont need to rent a room.#3 North Charleston areas to investI understand that Park Circle has been gentrified over the past couple years but it looks like it has gone through its up and coming phase.

Considering to add a 264sq feet attached studio for rental with its own entrance.
