Currently all my income properties are local but I'm interested in North Dakota (relatives there) and Texas (lived there for 5 years).Would love to chat with anyone with similar backgrounds and especially people in Reno/Sparks and people with experience (good or bad) investing in out of area properties.Cheers,Ken

When I was 18, I started listening to the BP podcasts, and it really sparked an interest in REI.

Reno/Sparks is and always has been a logistics hub for the costal states.

I spend my morning and evening commute listening to podcasts and came across Bigger Pockets podcasts after Fortune Builder’s free seminar sparked my interest in real estate investing.

I sparked interest in real estate investment just recently and I am very excited to learn the basic fundamentals and with due time begin to get my feet wet! 

I asked the BP forum to gather knowledge, and the replies have actually sparked some great ideas for other investors I work with. 

It's an addicting and very fun industry to be a part of and for someone who is analytical, it will spark your creativity when needed!
