i look at what new houses are going for and take that square foot price as starting point and figure the cost of the land in the new home will make up for the higher percent cost on an addition. hope this helps

This is not a situation for aggressive behavior -- setting foot into this apartment while this particular tenant is still living there would be considered an "aggressive" move, given the info you have given us and it does not matter what the the law says at this point.

If you could change the location of the exterior door by moving it a foot or two to the left, then you could easily use the right wall of the kitchen for built-in storage and still have a clear view of the back door from the living room.I like L shaped and U shaped kitchens.

up her i can have a 100 foot well with a submersible pump installed for about $4K, cant imagine your going 100 ft. and most of the equipment down there is shallow well stuff, so id guess you could get it drilled and piped for $2500Septic seems appropriate, can you limp it along?
