If your strengths compliment someone elses then you should partner at whatever split you feel comfortable with until you can build a track record.. just remember pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered

My point is to teach yourself all the essentials that they are not going to teach you in Gen ed or College.Im not saying college is not great for your personal growth, but there are plenty of successful wealthy people in Real Estate that never finished college because what they teach is not necessarily beneficial to your GROWTH.Lastly im going to close it out on the fact that, no matter how educated you get never get ahead of yourself, never act like you know it all.

It was a big fat waste of time and effort.

It's perfect for fat people since there is no elevation to deal with.

A fat overfed cat may be more problem than solution.We have more of a problem with rats than with mice.
