Good Afternoon everyone,I'm a new member from Antioch, California and I'm interested in learning more about The golden state finance authority-platinum down payment assistance program-Fannie Mae or the golden state finance authority-platinum down payment Assistance Program- FHA/VA/USDA I don't understand the difference.

I am going to check out America First Credit Union, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Fremont Bank, Golden 1 Credit Union, and First Tech Fed and see what I find out. 

I'm from Steamboat Springs myself, and have lived in Denver, FoCo, Red Feather, Etc. love Golden. 

I would suggest Anthony Onwuanibe from Golden Trust title as a good general purpose real estate attorney.

If you're an agent you probably already know a golden deal when you see one. 

Now that I don't have a golden easy number, how would you all recommend I structure my search?

It may take 7-12 months to get 6 months of rent.Or you may get lucking and find a goose that lays a golden egg. 

Even if you don't end up making a deal with them, I'm sure they'll give you the information you need.BTW, I guess what @Lukas Vanagaitis is referring to is Spain's "Golden Visa" program.

Until I have enough money to pay off my loans in full I will keep saving for a down payment just in case a golden deal shows up.

If you can get a bank loan interest only at say 5% that converts to permanent financing when stabilized that could be golden if you want to hold long term.
