Between certain parties, things can go as planned, but you're never guaranteed things go as planed between individuals, there are life events that can mess you up being unconventional or creative. 

You will want to be not be in a flood plane and as inland as you can, but that affects the desirability of the property as an STR. 

And for the love of everything, get on a plane and visit the market that you are going to invest in.

Well my blue freind, just don't get hooked on it.It's known to decrease drive and ambition, and as someone once said to me--you wouldn't want the pilot of a plane you were flying on puffing on it before takeoff.Good Luck!

I was not going to wait last minute until day of event I found a girl on Facebook because they were all slow to respond here and really wanted to go I'm glad I got one I'm on the plane now lol 

Plus with first bags are free and all other types of perks.. really worth it in my mind to spend the extra money, not to mention how you feel after a 6 hour flight in first compared to back of the plane HUGE difference.
