Close to military base, and next to a lot of businesses and churches, 1 block away from the main street of the town. 

Blocks in New York or Neighborhoods in Boston can be night and day.

She has blocked my number and hasn't returned her keys, I can't get a confirmation from her stating that she moved.

I mean where do you drive around Eugene Springfield and see boarded up houses.. in some blocks of Baltimore half the homes on each block can be boarded.and or any of the areas of the rust belt cities you will find this type of inventory.. we simply dont have it to that extent on the west coastGranted in CA as you know you have your East Oakland  bad parts of Richmond.. etc etc. and you have the same trust issues there..

The second property is an 88 unit property is in Galveston Texas a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to everything. 

Too add, it's a block away from NJ transit into the City and next year a ferry service opens up in town.

Being young is not nessesary being smart: people get blocked from getting a checking accounts for some fraud (writing bad checks etc).
