I am a 2006 Baylor Grad and when I am not learning about real estate investing I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing, camping and of course going to Baylor games. 

@Lee Badragan   It reminds me of a friend of mine that went on his first Steelhead fishing trip and hooked 9 fish in 2 days and was just ecstatic 3 more trips never touched a fish..

I have yet to check out the REIC meetings, but have run into the local big fish at the Pine Financial sponsored meet ups at the Ritz Grill, my personal favorite no sales, real player attended free meetup.

Can't tie the right knots unless you know the differences of the fishing line.

Being a tiny fish in an OCEAN it can be intimidating to make those first moves.

Unless your property is worth millions, you are not a big enough fish to fry. 

Sounds like you have a angler, fishing and testing you out.  

No steaks or fish this time either.

These areas are more recreational for boating, fishing and golfing.

Should I pass and wait for a potential bigger fish?
