Christian Hollinger 80% LTV Cash Out Refi for Triplex?

@Christian Hollinger I did run into 1 lender that would lend up to 80% on a Single Family Home (they charged 3 points to do it....so you would really only be receiving 77% even in that scenario) but I have not heard of any lenders who would write 80% on a multi-unit property.

@Christian LeonI have not closed any deals in 32209, but I will say that it is mostly C and D class neighborhoods.  32225 is heavy B class neighborhoods with a few A's and A++.
