I was looking at TroutBluff area 32219 area code (8829 Golden bamboo drive, Jacksonville FL 32219 ) with new constructions coming up..Any thoughts on that area?

I thought i was on a golden path and it turns out it was all fool's gold (horrible cliche but i deserve it)To be clear i am not looking for people to tell me it's not my fault or feel bad for me.

If you have the testimonial from the client and it includes how their home was expired and you took and sold it in a week, you are golden.

I think it will look ok, however in my previous area, that golden oak color is not in style at all, floor or cabinet wise.

@andrewjohnson I always see in books, podcast and post online saying 20% is a golden rule when investing so it feels weird to take a deal that's not giving me that.

This is advantageous to many sellers who are in their golden years and would rather be the bank at 5% than realize capital gains on the sale of their property.
