I have to get on a plane every time I want to buy something, at least until I teach my daughter how I inspect properties. 

We ended up having to go up in 8+ planes, packed to the gils, each plane one at a time (since I know you'll ask how we managed to all go up in that many planes at once).

I always thought that was an option if the owner wanted to bring the house out of the flood zone by getting some sort of elevation certification saying the house itself is above the 100 year flood plane and therefore does not need flood insurance.

You'll save yourself money on plane tickets, agitation, and time.
