Some of these disordered people can even be quite charming in an inital meeting but they usually have issues in their background like job hopping or evictions.

Just wondered if anyone sees any value in saving the charm and character in these old homes.

A 20 mile radius is simply too large of a demographic you are trying to encompass.

We primarily buy & renovate older homes (1920-50s) that have some historic charm, and that charm also produces a lot of issues with heating & cooling, electrical/plumbing problems, pest issues, door issues and the list goes on! 

Similarly, touches like entryway rugs to collect some dirt/moisture can add some charm while helping keep floors clean. 

I am sure Elon Musk is finding that Twitter users encompass over 50% bot accounts and not real people.

Yep, mine was my grandpas, probably bought at a farm auction for $1... old as dirt, loud as a diesel, works like a charm.

Or is it a generality and encompassed by the protected classes familial status (having children under 18) or senior class (needing care from family or friend).
