What scares me about this, is just a lack of what someone called "Catch Up Power."

In addition to tornadoes, we have epic ice storms and it's not that uncommon to do without power for several days.  

I've tried to have an additional electric meter installed but power company won't install one unless I have a second address (911 address) assigned to it, which the city won't let me do.

It is such a powerful way to get started in your first investment in my opinion.

@Tom Gimer  I don't think we are thinking the same thing when it comes to trustee.the trustee in a Deed of trust has the power of sale.. it can be anyone.. lawyer  company , you me.and beneficiary hires them to sell the property..

(I've only just become aware of his clout/non-clout around the corridors of power).It came to my attention that he believes that January 1, 2018 is going to be the day that the next phase of their plan will be put into motion, and (from what I've read) he reckons there's nothing the President can do to stop Countries from diversifying away from the US dollar (into Distributed Ledger Technology).What say then the USA about their strategy of "quantitative easing", if that happens?

I am considering a business idea that includes buying real estate around my area and converting them to rent-able offices and/or data centers for leasing out computing power. 

If you're talking about just clearing a line with a mechanical roto-rootor or with a water power blast, that might be a quote and a project the PM could handle.

It is truly amazing to me that people will actually tell you something with a str8 face and know the whole time that what just came out of their mouth you are more likely to win the POWER BALL lottery then see what they said come to light!
