Remember IRS does require you to keep receipts and invoices to make sure your not buying personal stuff along with your materials from Home Depot but you can just stuff those in a spot in your wallet and throw them in a shoe box at home when your wallet gets too fat, so you can go back and dig them out if your audited.

Make sure the pilot is actually lit, the gas is actually turned on, the burner is firing (you should be able to hear it.) all assuming gas of course.

When I finally got them to answer the door, the wife claimed that the one cell phone she had was a "burner" and her brother or uncle or whoever the random people that they board in there.

And why not, he gets fat fees for selling properties to pay off debts.She has to talk to her attorney, openly and honestly, if only to avoid criminal charges, but even still, the title company won't provide clear title on the transaction until the bankruptcy is closed or there is an approval by court order.
