I have a question I am hoping someone can help me out wit and in involves the prospects of ROI relative to the property type.I've been reading through a number of different blog post about ROI but have not be able to gleam a definitive answer to this question.

Just be careful. i do exactly what you are doing now. i borrow everything and come up wit nothing but I have hunderds of transactions under my belt and I know what i am doing.

I'm hesitant about taking out more and more loans - it's starting to sound a bit risky to me but this seems to be how to acquire more rentals from witnessing other investors. 

The PM often has the records, and shows up as the principal witness (at least in CA, where I have experience).
