Travelling nurses, travelling professors, travelling ____? 

I’ve watched multiple videos on the Biggerpockets channel and it's given me a bit more confidence.

I stayed in downtown Houston, travelled south west, then north, came back a bit east, and then made my way up to the Woodlands. 

I'm going to call my tax advisor tomorrow and ask them but I'm not confident in their explanation so I'm looking for another opinion.Thanks in advance and I appreciate the help.

I think practically its best to just find someone you are confident you can trust and stick with them.

Confidence in underwriting came with experience and continuous learning, enabling me to adapt to ever-changing market conditions. 

I work full time as a VP at an institutional asset management firm and work probably 50+ hours a week, commute 3 hours a day and travel 25-30% for my job.

And there is zero equity buffer to protect your loan either, meaning the loan to value (LTV) is 100% which is super risky.I'm sure there are some that are confident in going this route because they know and trust the borrowers they gator lend to but people fail people they know and trust all the time -think divorce rates are low?

I have some practice in finding deals but until now I have not had the confidence in myself to execute.
