My office is on Bedford in Wburg but we do business from Greenpoint all the way down to Flatbush and anywhere the business takes us ie I won’t say “no” to selling a townhouse in Manhattan ;)Sorry for the late reply.

Most Manhattan Airbnb's are solidly booked BCS the rest of them are out in places like Bushwick.  

Passed the NY state exam on the first try here - took my licensing exam in Manhattan.  

I used to know people who lived in stroudsburg, pa, and commuted into manhattan to work via bus 5 days a week.

For example an galley Kitchen in Manhattan’s nicer neighborhoods, my customers will go with what’s in now, as opposed to thinking down the road to next tenant.

The top-tier urban areas like NYC (Manhattan/Brooklyn/parts of Queens mainly) are trading at such ridiculously low cap rates that the primary method of generating significant returns is with value-add strategies -- at least in the commercial realm. 

There is a reason that a tiny condo in Manhattan will cost you a million bucks and house in the midwest or south will cost you 30k.
