I too moved to the great state of Kansas in July Thomas Handy but I'm at Riley in Junction City :(Hopefully James Vermillion I can hang up my bars after this tour but right now still getting my plan in place to tackle some personal financial debt and trying to figure out what I wanna be when I grow up lol.July was a milestone, closed on my duplex after financing uncertainity, and I just moved in my tenants today.

I haven't been able to find any sort of map or graph showing average rents for the suburbs, however, I would say the MLS, Zillow, and other sites would be a great roadmap.
