@Brett TvengeHi Brett, appreciation can be huge, but the reason why some folks don’t include it in their business model is two fold: 1) it is very hard to predict when it will end or reverse.

We’re currently in 8 countries and are opening in 5 more this year… Frankly, if the company folded tomorrow I could retire with a hefty stock portfolio!

be a man. being a man is about stand on principles...certain principles. honesty, mercy, love, decency, etc. these are what really make you a man. dont bend dont fold. dont let anyone tell you different. people will hate you for being this way, but thats ok. they only hate it b/c they cant break you. oh yeah, be unbreakable...especially thru all the hate. get close to God. not sure how? 

When it gets jammed in the folding machine and comes out wrinkled and torn...I still mail it out lol.

Make sure you check them out thoroughly and have him send you specific details of what the program will offer, I had a mentor 6 years ago, spent 6k but he helped me get my first deal in 4 months and made that back 10 fold.
