Those little touches help and it can be a great income scream!

We dont typically have office visitors as Im a contractor and we go to the clients site. 

Especially when they dont understand how business works.It's amazing to see how so many people commenting on other posts on this forum are so "business savvy" when it comes to collecting money BUT when it comes time to pay or they realize someone else makes more money then they did because they are smarter, work harder or RUN MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMSthey're egos get hurt and they scream lifes not fair.

Just need to drag some old tech people kicking and screaming 

There are opportunities for both residential and commercial development to support the growing population and attract visitors.  

Your liability is always there same as any other visitor/occupant except the mom is at higher risk because of her condition.

8 years later, it still impresses visitors.
