ALL of us have made LOTS of mistakes over the years, just shake it off and move forward.

It is more about giving my word than a legal issue.When I look you in the eyes and shake your hand, my word is my bond.

Why not just shake hands?

We didn't need to shake it up by requiring full background checks and putting everyone through a re-qualification process.
