Some would say we hit inertia because we are bogged down with these details, but we have a lot of reasons why we are currently working in our business instead of on our business.All that said, I won't pretend that it isn't exhausting and at times very frustrating to self manage.

Within 24 hrs of hitting MLS if it's a deal a ton  of cash buyers with bank statements ( not pretenders with hard money loan proof of funds) will put offers on it.You can buy property in Woodstock but you would need to be realistic.
