If there were a few more decent attractions (cafes, restuarants, shops) and nicely renovated rentals I think I can convince a few brave souls to move in.It certainly is a more family oriented scene.

Everyone wants a level playing field and the idea that there is funny business going  on behind the scene can drive you nuts.

Hi Josh I'm in the Fayetteville area as well and I'm brand new to the real estate scene.

She's the talkative one so she does all the sales and I'm more introverted computer techy person so I do all of the behind the scenes stuff.Things just work when you follow your heart and use your strengths and let someone else cover your weaknesses.

While asking if a home has been the scene of a death in itself is not disturbing, this level she is taking it to certainly is.

When my house burned down, they were on the scene with vouchers to hotels and restaurants (I owned only 2 rentals at the time, both negative cash flows!).
