Tip - when sliding the heavy LVP boxes across existing floor to use as weights as you tap plank rows together, make sure to brush away any inevitable concrete crumbs.. those will cause scuffs/scratches.

Remember the cleaning fee is a static number, e.g., if you charge $100 per night and $100 for cleaning a 4 night stay, you're getting $25 per day for cleaning, grossing $500.

Unfortunately, it turns out that if not painted correctly (which is nearly always the case when paint it sprayed on it instead of brushed), it will deteriorate and need to be replaced.
