Is it close to what people in the area need--stores, churches, schools, work opportunities, transportation, whether it be personal vehicle, bus, cab, train, subway, etcrecreation/entertainment.zoning is important if you have a commercial unit in a residential area, or visa-versa.

when a tenant tells the judge that i'm lying and they paid rent, i just whip out my notebook and he sees the log i've kept for each unit and for how long....again, not the most advanced system, but it's always (knock on wood) upheld in court for me...now, i do try to transport that to excel every few months, but i've been lazy at that lately :)

They're making money and you're getting an education that will help you make money.If transportation is an issue, if you have a phone with unlimited minutes, you can always call for rents and for sale by owner ads on Craigslist, other online classifieds, local newspaper, penny saver etc.

Well, at first glance it appears to be human excrement, BUT the bowl on top of the tank indicates that a person has "created" a mess by filling the toilet and mounding it up with soil from the backyard, which explains the bowl used to transport it into the house.
