There are sections by the staircase where you can see the wooden remnants of what I assume was an older stair case and theres a 1 inch gap between the concrete and those pieces of wood. 

The prices of these cites vary significantly so before I rack up my tab on subscriptions, I wanted to see if anyone in the BP community had any suggestions/advice on how they would tackle finding deals while living in another state.Thanks in advance!

Don't rack up debt just for "building" credit.

He showed me a box of nails he used, and explained the gutters got loose from the wooden frame, so he took them off and re-nailed it with longer nails.

There are a fair amount of “bulk buyers” out there that get big discounts to tie up units which they then break off and sell piece meal below the rack rate but above what they paid making the spread....

I'm sure folks who've dealt with him wouldn't be too racked w/ grief if he came up, as my aunt used to put it, "floatin' & stankin'"!

Now I have been in the business since 2011 and I have only had to repossess a handful of units over that time and they all went well and nothing happened.But it is still nerve racking each time I do it.
