I wonder if I would have submitted my written offer more quickly, whether they would have accepted and locked in on a good deal.I met two more individuals interested in buying properties with equity in them with a little kicker from, so that makes 4 people I can shop for (I'm the fourth, if a deal looks really good, within my investment potential, then I will hold on to it.)And so... on we plod.
