It steams in their guts forever.Of course, the obvious mitigating factors of our small operation are that I'm the guy who's hardening these places before we rent them and I'm the guy fixing what goes wrong, renting from us is always a much-better-than-average deal for them, and most crucially, I deal belly-to-belly with my tenants with as few pretensions as possible.

Take that from a 62 year old guy who is fat, happy and retired from flipping houses.

I haven't had any tenants move strange animals in but I did buy a short sale from someone who had a full sized pig (not one of those pot bellied pet pigs) and 2 geese living inside the house along with some more normal animals (a bunch of birds and 3 pit bulls).  

If you do have one of those jobs and you've been there a while, you're in fat city.  

And duck fat fries with duck confit!

i will say though, that is not why i am a pro-choice (for population control). i'm interested to see if that quote will ignite many fires in the bellies of pro-lifers.

Some small breeds get fat and go over, but I never really weighed on.

Can't stand on those positions and also can't bring pres in to campaign with them, just for fat cats fundraising.They're the ones that want the subject changed, imo.

So make sure the security deposit is fat enough to cover it.
