Planing on keep looking for value add deals.

All told there are over 1000 people involved in setting up and putting on the show who are being paid to be there, and that doesn't count the "female product displayers" that are hired locally in Louisville.There is also the issue of attendees coming from all over the United States to attend this show who need to make plane connections from all over.

In addition to learning about real estate investing, I highly recommend learning about retirement planing and becoming financially independent.

We learned by jumping in, some might say we assembled the parachute after jumping out of the plane!!

I haul my large RC planes inside, I can lift the rear seats and haul fridge's, stoves, etc. it has a tailgate too which helps.

It is very inexpensive to have that done.  2) if you plane to acquire more properties in the future, a lender is going to ask for a Schedule of Real Estate Owned. 

Then the member of the LLC owned by Wyoming LLC as a holding company. then trust own your Wyoming LLC But again please advise your real estate planing attorney   

That's just the cost of owning the planes, even if they don't fly them. 

I am on a contract to purchase a 4b2b single family home which I am planing to do STR/LTR but I am not familiar to the area and I don’t know if it will work in the area.

now Rick needs 5k to tune his Ferrari  and my plane takes 700 dollars for one fillup ... so you can kind of do the math  LOL
