Read through this thread I wish Detroit progress would slow way way way down, I live in Detroit and it is coming back way too fast.Let me point out the critics in this thread's early pages are gone from the scene and I presume are no longer investing in RE. 

When you compare the cap rates on the surface they look funky, but often times there are things going on behind the scenes to justify, at least on paper, the lower Cap Rate.

Hey all - Relatively new to the scene and have been watching the Orlando market for about a year. 

Once I get a handle on things and have a few months under my belt, I plan on handing it off to a bookkeeper, with the bonus of understanding what is going on behind the scenes without doing the work.The runner-up:- Lessaccounting.com was a close second, and I played around with it for a few hours setting up my books.  

Hey Ian, I see you need a GC, the scene here is very busy and a good GC is swamped with work Subs are cherry picking their jobs to highest bidder.

I'm from Louisville and love some of the local spots but it doesn't hold a candle to Austin with the food scene here

My wife and I are very new to the real estate investment scene and would really like to get some guidance on which route to go to get our first rental property.
