On that note, do you have any red flags when onboarding a new client that make you reconsider accepting them as your client?

I too am looking for guidance, I am a property manager in Baltimore City, Maryland and would like to start the process of accepting vouchers to some of our properties. 

They accepted tenants that they shouldn't have and don't want you to know that.

This project is a heavy lift due to the fact a zoning variance would need to be completed to change it from industrial to mix/use resi and the building would need to be registered/accepted on the historic list.
