I would like to know if I am doing my calculations correct because I only own one shirt and if I loose it I will be the king with the new clothes.

You need structural engineer to clear that building as to foundation and exterior walls or anything left.Fire restoration is a specialization, not just due to the smell and impossible cleaning of clothing, protective gear and the mess having possible environmental issues but you need to know what has to be cut out and what can be salvaged.If it were in my neighborhood it wouldn't be sitting there at a price like that.

However, this tenant left personal belongings (mostly bags of baby clothes) in the house.

I have not found a way to test the clothes washer drain line yet, and I've gotten hit by that once twice now.  

Just don't try to take my Spanx (which are worn under the clothing and not on top). 

I would recommend cleaning up because his new landlord may be coming in, but if they choose to leave clothes all over and dirty dishes, that's up to them.

The remainder live hand-to-mouth and either do not have the means to accumulate a down payment (i.e. a single parent on social assistance) or do not have the self-discipline to save a down-payment or maintain a suitable credit history (some of these tenants make fair incomes, but always have new cloths, fancier cars than I, and lots of recreational travel).

Will my clothes and other things like that deter that?
