Not sure of getting a renter, this random spike in rates, and general unrest are making us pause.

@Oliver Sparks  Find a lender that will lend you on your current property via an LOC so you can purchase the current home cash. 

It's about paying it forward and helping those inexperienced while treating them with respect, fanning those sparks of desires into flames, and eventually into blazes.

That one kid given an opportunity or a spark of inspiration may change the world. 

I'm going to find a few examples off the MLS since I'm having trouble remembering the specific examples I saw while driving that sparked the question.

Great post and I would like the 2nd that with a call out for any lender/banker/brokers that do Fannie Mae direct lending without overlays licensed in NV preferably located in Carson/Reno/Sparks. 

As for me I read RDPD and that is what "sparked" me into learning more about investing and RE.

@Don Spafford Those properties do go to auction but you have to find tax delinquent properties before they go to auction and spark up a deal with the owner. 

But when I first read it in 2001 without any knowledge of investing it sparked a raging fire within which resulted in my success today.
