My concern has been how to execute from little or no money to begin fixing/flipping a house and how to re-use the profit towards repeating the process or engage with a different real estate venture.I am looking forward in learning more from you all.

If your cousin's wife is still very skilled, maybe you have a place higher in the business hierarchy where you can engage her (marketing, client relations, financial management).

@Leland Smith It is nice to talk about comps but I strongly suggest you begin by looking at YouTube videos on the Uniform Mortgage Data Program.

It can be over a phone call, video chat, or i can drive up there.

In the video I show how I end up replacing most of the suggested comps with comps pulled from Redfin and the justification behind it, but the punchline is that it helps you come up with an accurate number doing what @Hem Kumar said: "...make adjustments for unique features and amenities..."

However, I think a great idea for some BiggerPockets videos would be showing an actual deal happening in progress from Josh, Brandon or others.
