It is a deplorable side effect derived from equating tenants to a customer....the  "customer is always right" "place your customers interests first"  etc. mentality.We need to get back on top and as with everything else regarding investing leverage is the key. 

To me they are my customers and deserve my respect and attention That is until they stop paying.  

The common saying you get what you pay for definitely justifies higher rent as my focus is to differentiate the properties with quality and customer service. 

IE, that the bill payment company really exists, then contact them with the number I find, not the one she gives me, find out if she's a customer, see the police reports on the identity theft, etc. 

There is a filter for "Document Type" but I can't tell which type I should be highlighting.

He has shown this kind of behavior before (not at the beginning of course, always so proper) but I've always stick to the facts and highlighted the contract when needed. 

Wealth is the by product of someone who creates value for others and businesses that are long lasting, create incredible value for customers.

Customer service (can you reach a person, how quickly?)

I imagine it is the coverage many customers require before work, so probably liability, but I don't know.
