Check your state laws but you could do a land contract/contract for deed where the deed doesn’t transfer until the final payment or they could quit claim the deed to you.

I agree with mike, if the transaction is uncontested, then a real estate lawyer or title company (depending on your state) can easily draft up a new deed or deed in lieu to transfer ownership back to you.

I'd be willing to move a lot more money over if we were going to be using their lending services.We have been using Fortera but their online system is TERRIBLE, especially for trying to transfer money to and from our Ally accounts.
