There is a story here, not sure how much I have have stumbled my speculation onto of it but I think I would certainly get a better understanding of this idea and event.

I just stumbled upon that same S8 "formula" in 2013 myself.

after a few months of searching online for information re real estate, I found myself being led to this site time and time again, so I decided to make it official and make myself a member.kinda stumbled into RE purchasing 2 condos at auction, and one of them came with a storage unit.

I am very happy to have stumbled up this site, I feel i will be able to learn a lot and at the same time spread the knowdledge i have obtained.
