Roof had shingles missing and I noticed other deferred maintenance, one of the recent reviews was saying that the climate controlled units were having an AC issue, etc.With this being a corporation or franchise, how would you go about trying to see if they'd sell?

My shingles were installed that afternoon. 

I have a dispute over a roof replacement job in Elkhart, Indiana in that the roofer didn't obtain code of compliance as the inspector was unable to verify a couple of things about the roof because the roofer didn't organise time with the inspector before the shingles were put down.I am looking for a local attorney in Elkhart who understands such issues to help me out here.

You could 20 year shingles up there and you could be on your 15 year and they could last another 15 years with a little patching.

I just got a quote for a complete tear off of 2 layers and new 30 year shingles.

Paint doesn't last much more than 5 years unless it's on cedar shingles then it may last longer, Behr is good paint. 

Appliances, cook top on outdoor kitchen, and kids using the pool and ripping shingles off to play Frisbee. 

If the mobile home does not move or shift then it is essentially a box that can be built to any standards.Many of mine have 2 x 6 walls, insulated thermal windows, metal or shingled roofs, three-quarter plywood floors and many other features that house’s do.

Three units have no coverage for roofs as they had T lock shingles when I bought them and have not replaced them.
