To tag someone, you simply type the @ symbol, immediately followed by their name and after typing in a few letters of their name (exactly as it appears in their original post) there will appear a pop up or prompt below where you are typing their name, select that prompt and it will add their entire name and highlight it in blue with the @ symbol as a leading character.

Looking for some adviceI"m under contract on a few single level 1970's duplexes, but two units have that very musty air sensation in them. 

I agree with the posters above who highlighted the importance of looking at the details - ie the kinds of crimes reported in the area; as well as finding other sources for this information.

As many of you know he has a very unique & knowledgeable perspective regarding Buy N' Hold investing, and the ability to purchase the highlights of his knowledge and experience in one easy to use format is priceless to someone like myself.

Keep it positive, highlight the improvements you are making, list up the appliance brands, mention that your renter receives brand-new kitchen appliances, covered by the mfgr warranty. 

If so I highlight that.
