It's a small, charming studio on a lake resort in NC.. with tons of amenities, but a high POA for those amenities. like $3600/year. 

When I lived there, the City of Folly Beach only encompassed the actual island. 

I'm sure it is a charming place, but it is not the good ole USA.

While the other three islands I considered as the "real Hawaiian vibes/ Hawaiian living" ( I don't consider Honolulu/Waikiki or Ewa beach as real Hawaiian for example), even Kona sometimes I feel lost few charm of its past Hawaiian vibes.

Could it be property distributor, maybe as it gets closer to the point and is all encompassing.

That is because wholesaling is a made up term that actually encompasses multiple methods. 

Don't go cheap on the furniture, go nice, but I would not go with new furniture....no charm, looks like a hotel room.

That really encompasses three vital things.. 

This would encompass new floors, dry wall, electrical/ plumbing, and two new kitchens (upstairs and mother in law suite).
