It depends if your plan is to buy more than 10 then as you know you can only get 10 Fannie Mae loans it would be silly to waste your finite loan slots on silly 60-70k properties.

It's a fairly expensive proposition, but you could divide up slots on the reverse side of your insert and sell the spaces to other RE agents, mortgage lenders, appraisers, etc.Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
