Other people add another 5% to 10% each month for capital expenses, repairs and vacancy  If the area you're buying in has unlimited property tax increases, factor that in.

They also have unlimited supply so more supply than an 80 gallon tank water heater.

lol But yeah, there are so many opportunities in the real estate industry for unlimited growth, which is one of the main reasons I joined.

I should be allowed to borrow “unlimited” money as I’ve proven an ability for over 40 years of paying every single debt I’ve ever taken on, on time.
