Can investors use this to scout out abandoned properties with a NO TRESSPASSING sign from up high?

We plan to vacay and scout out the area for our own future rental property.I would think a good property management is key too, if it's a few hours away.Or at least an infrastructure to "clean"/ inspect between visits.I have seen many different contracts. some just a page, some a novel.I have seen relaxed landlording based on the honor system.I have seen strict landlording with RULES and REGULATIONS.I have been in homes, where stuff broke and they were able to fix it right away...that is my biggest issue b/c this lake is 2+ hours awayOne vacay home had a local residence to help monitor their guests (us)

I'd estimate I spend 75 hrs a month managing and doing bookkeeping, scouting for new properties, etc.

He's a rehabber too and and I'm helping him make offers on REOs as well as scout for motivated owners.

-When scouting, are there any problem area's that draw you away that I should be cautious of?

These deals that come from these agents are not on the MLS and thus, not in competition with your one main agent scouting the MLS for you.

As opposed to being able scout out companies to follow by type or location?

With a dawning of a new era in many respects, I'd be curious how other forum members intend to meet the challenges ahead with respect to property scouting.
