They are already settled in and probably not going any place soon, so I am sometimes open to this, especially when I'd probably have to repaint and even re-floor anyhow at turnover and when they have some demonstrated knowledge and competence in painting and know the precautions (i.e., quiz them some and if they don't know how to tape and tarp or had not painted some,I would probably not let them so it but maybe volunteer to do a wall myself or let them hire a pro).

Mine says that I'm going to take common sense safety precautions - locking doors and windows at night, but that if a thief comes in the dark of night (or while nobody is on site) and steals something it is not my fault.That being said, I've got a whole darn warehouse where fixtures get stored until the day they get installed... for precisely this reason.
