This property has all paved roads ride up to our driveway, that we understand are all very well maintained in the winter. 

I have no parking signs up, cones up and a concrete barrier to divide the lines and their customers are ruining my newly paved driveway.What is the solution to this?

Primarily looking for flips but will jump on a good cash flowing property if the numbers are right.My goal on bigger pockets is to be a student of the game and learn all there is to learn to pave the way for success.

The location is off the beaten patch, dirt roads, in a paved sub-division surrounding a lake.

Mind any potential code violations, deferred maintenance, and your big ticket capex items(re-paving parking lot, loose handrails, amenity repair, roofing, scope plumbing lines, etc)It’s unclear to me if you’re buying this with your money or other peoples money.

The paved driveway provides off-street parking and is long enough for two vehicles.
