I have a few people interested in investing with me strictly as cash partners.  

I think that areas on the outskirts of desirable cities where many people are moving (ie: Charleston) have great long term potential, as eventually people start to rent right outside the downtown area when prices rise. 

I just can’t with people sometimes!

- For people who use LLCs/trusts, is it more common to have property insurance with the name of the LLC/trust?

Most people are wrong about cuts, but for fun, many people saying we may only get Fed cuts 1-2x this year. 

The reality of investing is often much different than people see on social media - you need the fuel to power your investment properties!

So to answer your question... likse some people said abolve.. it depends.
