But buyers and sellers communicating directly isn't as bad as realtors make it out to be.That last little sentence contains thousands of dollars in heartbreak for some overly excited buyers/sellers who thought they would take matters into their own hands and go around the agents. 

But the years have passed, the complaints have come steadily, the absolutely heartbreaking stories have multiplied,  the predictions you made years ago have all come true.Jim, I think your documentary is going to end up as a must-watch specialist training video on turnkey real estate investing, something everyone interested in putting money into these kinds of assets is going to be pointed toward as a cautionary warning.

Slumlords can always be changed but culture is very difficult and heart breaking.

I've been on here long enough to have read the heartbreaking stories of people getting tricked into learning how to 'negotiate' by calling their credit card companies and increasing their credit lines and end up losing $40-50k.
