First of all it’s sort of heart breaking.

I actually bought my first fixer-upper with my now ex-girlfriend and had it about 85% renovated and had potential to make really good money on it, but then a little thing called heartbreak got in the way and spoiled that.

These stories are heartbreaking.

Slumlords can always be changed but culture is very difficult and heart breaking.

It's heartbreaking and hard sometimes, but very rewarding.

It is really sad and heartbreaking when someone spends their hard~earned money on some program that just enriches the founder of the program.Unfortunately, this will continue until the end of time.

But this guy proves you can have a 6000 sqft house and not have earned a single inch.It really is so heartbreaking for the folks that lost so much to this guy.
