The higher the quality of the data, the lower the frustration since you'll have a higher chance of getting the right peron in a single skip or batch skip.

The batch of it can be when you have an uncooperative soon to be ex-PM. 

A lot of people use prop stream, I myself use batch skip tracing and drive for dollars for leads and utilize my local backyard.

Hi @Deshawn Peterson do not overcomplicate things, all your buyers need is:The addressYour asking price Type (#bed #batch SQFT Brick/Framed)A link for the pictures (usually 30 - 50 pictures, highlight the repairs needed)Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend giving any rehab estimates or rent estimate as it will fall back on you if it's not accurate. 

Some batches yield a lot of deals and others don't. 

Can you use this service for specific homes or is it just a batch / list of numbers?

Admittedly we have put down some HD sell offs for $1.10/sqft & the last batch was $12/box (23 sqft) & it was excellent.
